Do you offer returns or refunds?

No. +92clothing offers exchange only for wrong or defective items. We do not offer refunds or store credit.


What is the exchange window?

Exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery.


What items are eligible for exchange?

Exchanges are accepted only if:

  • You received the wrong item, or

  • The item has a manufacturing defect

Size issues, change of mind, and personal preference are not eligible.


Are sale items eligible for exchange?

No. All sale or discounted items are final sale.


Do you require proof for exchange requests?

Yes. A clear unboxing video is mandatory for all wrong or defective item claims.


How long does delivery take?

Orders may take up to 3 working days to be delivered after confirmation, depending on your location and courier operations.


What are the shipping charges?

A flat shipping fee of PKR 300 applies to all orders within Pakistan.


Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?

Yes, COD is available across Pakistan.


Can I cancel or modify my order?

No. Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once confirmed.


What happens if I refuse a COD order?

Refusal or repeated failed delivery attempts may result in restriction of COD for future orders.


What if my item is out of stock for exchange?

All exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the item is out of stock, no exchange will be processed.


Do product colors look exactly the same in real life?

We make every effort to display colors accurately, but minor variations may occur due to screen settings.
