Refund Policy

At +92clothing, we do not offer refunds or store credit. We offer exchange only, strictly under the conditions outlined below.

Exchanges

Exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery and are only accepted in the following cases:

  • Wrong item sent

  • Manufacturing defect

Exchanges for size issues, change of mind, or personal preference are not accepted.

Sale Items

All sale or discounted items are final sale and are not eligible for exchange.

Product Condition

To be eligible for an exchange, items must:

  • Be unworn and unwashed

  • Have all tags attached

  • Be returned in original packaging

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

Stock Availability

All exchanges are subject to stock availability.
If the requested item is out of stock, no exchange will be processed.

Proof Requirement

A clear unboxing video is mandatory for all wrong or defective item claims.
Requests without an unboxing video will not be entertained.

Shipping for Exchanges

If an exchange is approved due to a wrong or defective item, +92clothing will bear the shipping cost.
In all other cases, shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
