Shipping & Delivery

• A flat shipping fee of PKR 400 is charged on all orders within Pakistan.

• Orders may take up to 3 working days to be delivered after confirmation.

• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier operations.

Please ensure someone is available to receive the order at the provided address.

Exchanges

Due to the limited nature of our drops, +92clothing only offers exchanges for wrong or defective items.

• Exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery

• Exchanges are accepted only for:

  • Wrong item sent

  • Manufacturing defect

• Size issues, change of mind, and personal preference are not eligible

• Sale or discounted items are final sale

Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and returned in original packaging.

All exchanges are subject to stock availability. If an item is out of stock, no exchange will be processed.

A clear unboxing video is mandatory for all exchange requests.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

• COD is available within Pakistan

• Full payment must be made at the time of delivery

• COD orders cannot be cancelled or modified once confirmed

• COD orders may be verified via phone or email before dispatch

• Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in account restriction
